Tenancy Services, in association with New Zealand Property Investors Federation are running landlord seminars about practical property management. The free seminars will be held in selected locations across New Zealand.
New "co-agency" Landlord Seminars
These seminars are for landlords and property investors with 5 properties or less. The seminars focus on the new tenancy laws that came into force on 1 July. The aim of the seminars is to help landlords and property investors get a better understanding of how to effectively apply the law changes in relation to their rental property, their tenants, and running their everyday business.
The seminars will appeal to private landlords at all levels of experience. They will cover a wide range of tenancy topics and include guest speakers from MBIE, your local Property Investors Federation and the Ministry of Justice.
There is no charge, but places are limited so you need to register to attend.
