Kathryn is the landlord for four of her own properties and for a large number of family owned rental properties.
She is the first point of contact for all these properties and has found many ways to efficiently and effectively manage these while still maintaining a high standard of rental stock and very good tenant/landlord relationships.
Join us as we hear her story and learn the advantages of good advice as you plan your investing and land lording journey.
