Our guest speaker at this months meeting and A.G.M is Jason Whitaker from Property Brokers Hastings.
With a wealth of experience where nothing is too much trouble for him and his colleague David Scapens, the couple work very closely with investors including the Hawke’s Bay Property Investors Association and have written articles for the NZ Property Investor Magazine. They have rental properties themselves and understand the “nuts and bolts” of how it all works.
Buying and selling should not be stressful, and understanding the market is vital to the steps you take.
