We will have speakers from DHB HEALTHY HOMES TEAM who deal with mould and condensation, WINZ and how they can help us with such things like redirecting rents from benefits and guaranteed rent for a year, and Andrew Cairns from HOUSING NZ who will tell us how they operate, their maintenance response times and how many vacancies they normally have.
