Leaving from and returning to Jarks, Maraekakaho Road, Hastings.
We will be driving past houses on the market, recent purchases by members, a garage conversion to a two-bedroom cottage. We will be discussing the motivation behind the purchases people have made and discuss the strategies they use and the financial figures to justify an investment. This is a great way to learn and see what is happening in the market.
You are welcome to stay afterward for a meal/light refreshments at Jarks. (PYOW)
