Andrew is originally from Christchurch having studied Valuation and Property Management at Lincoln University. Upon graduating, Andrew moved to Germany where he played and coached tennis professionally.
Upon returning to New Zealand, he worked as a valuer then in project management before starting a property investment portfolio. In 2008 Andrew was in a position to move away from full-time employment and concentrate on his property portfolio. He has been a full-time investor ever since.
Andrew has also been on the Board of Auckland Property Investors Association for over a decade including holding the positions of Vice President and President before resigning from the President’s role in November 2020.
